At Good Vibes Supplements, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting a refund.


Returns & Refunds

  1. Unopened Products:

    • We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  2. Opened Products:

    • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened bottles or products with broken seals due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll replace it at no cost (photo proof required).


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email goodvibessupplements@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for return.

    • Photos of unopened product(s) (if applicable).

  2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • International customs fees or shipping costs.
